For that reason you may return any product to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price, providing you have proof of purchase. All we ask is that the item is still in its original condition and is not damaged in any way, and the item can be sold again as new.

Sale items will not be refunded, however, a credit note or an exchange will be offered. Once again, proof of purchase will be required.
